Hey... Happy
i bought galaxy sIII a few hours ago..im facing a problem.. im connected to the internet ( wifi only) , im not using mobile network and i get network error when i try to use 's voice'
can anyone please help ?

My S3 is over a week old and the Network Error/Timeout started today with SVoice. I spoke to a Samsung technician who said several reports of this were coming in and that they had 'escalated' the issue. He suggested it might be a server issue.....but this would apply to very many users. Online blogs suggest uninstalling SVoice and replacining it with an apk file. If this is indeed a fix, it may not be caused by server error. It is sad that, since SVoice has been a central feature of S3 advertising that one may have to live without it, together with the uncertainty that it might be an external issue or require individual phones having to be reset. Do adivise if you have been affected so we may gauge how widespread the fault is and what might be causing it.

Magically, SVoice service resumed last night - presumably it was a server error.....phew!

good to know its fixed .  .  . or some flamer would be posting it on fruit forums around the globe Happy    Didn't experience the issue here in the US the last couple days (for what its worth)

Please also note that you have to have a very fast internet connection to access s voice.
