well my s3 has now been repaired from death 3 times and now waiting on customer service calling back to decide what they are gonna do next, which lets face it they aint gonna do, i will prob have to call them back, anyway this is the absoulute worst customer service i have ever encountered, they wound me up so much on the phone that i exploded and abused them, which i am very sorry for and have never done to anyone before, if they do not replace this time its the omsbudsman for me, they make great products but i will never buy anything samsung again as i could not go through that thing they call customer service again.

Wow!, sorry to hear about this, I must admit I've never had to deal with Samsung's CS team, but I've never heard of them being bad enough to lose your cool over (not calling you a liar) I would have expected them to replace the device if their repairs were failing, unless there is evidence of physical damage outside of the warranty limits.

I wish you all the luck in the world in getting this sorted to your satisfaction.

Must admit I have used their CS on the odd occasion, but always been through web pages etc. Never experienced what you have with Samsung, but have had the same experience with other companies and I must admit it has been enough to turn me off those companies in the past so I don't blame you for feeling the way you do.
